Surah Fatihah 1-7

• A successful person is one who is balanced in all respects of his life.
• The best help you can offer a person is to be a means of increasing their good deeds. Moreover, the one who leads to good is like the doer of the good himself. It is a good deed to help a person in his worldly life, and the benefit lasts as long as that benefit lasts. For ex, if u build a house for a person, then the benefit you have caused last for the lifetime of that house and as long as it is used. However, a good deed which leads a person to increase their good deeds, the benefit of that good lasts for ever and ever, since it will last for ever in the hereafter. Likewise, it can be extrapolated that the reward of aiding a person in the matters of helping them in their deen is correspondingly greater than helping the person in a matter of this world, irrespective of whether the recipient of the good ideas/advice takes the advice in a good time or not.
• The receipt of the Qur'an the word of the Almighty Creator of the Universe, is the most amazing and awe-inspiring occurrence that we can experience.
• Our share of the Qur'an is that as soon as we hear any ayah from the Qur'an we should understand it and have a familiarity with it, similar to the familiarity we have with someone closely related to us.
• ~65% of Quranic words are those that are used commonly in Urdu. A further 20% of the words are used with a lot of repetition in the Qur'an, knowing them once leads to a understanding them in all their frequent occurrences. That leaves only 15% of Qur'anic words that need an effort from Urdu speakers.
